Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

In addition to the regular lifeguard service, the Noordwijk Rescue Brigade also has an Emergency Response Team. This team consists of approximately 30 lifeguards who are ready to be deployed 24/7 in case of incidents and calamities.

The emergency team can be deployed by the Joint control room Haaglanden and Hollands-midden (112) and the Coast Guard Center in Den Helder (0900 0111). On average, twice a month the emergency team is deployed, varying from assistance to water sports enthusiasts, searches for people or first-responder reports in life-threatening situations.
